The proprietor of Scot Wed Photos began his career in Wedding Photography in the 70's. Graduating from Napier University with a degree in photography and gaining valuable experience over the years with one of Edinburgh's oldest and most respected photographic studios.

With the advent of digital photography which produces extremely high quality work without the need for film or processing this minimises the photographers overheads and expands they're flexibility, in terms of what can be achieved, creatively.

Couples planning their Wedding Day, are often faced with unrealistic prices for their wedding photographs, with prices starting as high as £850 and rising to as much as £3,000 in some instances.

We offer three services which you may tailor, to meet your specific requirements. They are priced at  £550, £650 and £850. Please click on "Services & Prices" at the top of this page for more information.

We do not set a time limit for your special day, our photographer will be present for as long as is required for the service you choose. Nor do we set a limit on the number of photographs taken, on the day.

We combine both, contemporary and reportage photography to provide you with a combination of 'posed photographs' and a record of the events of your wedding day. Please view our gallery photographs by clicking on Gallery 1, Gallery 2 etc., at the top of this page.

Scot Wed Photos was established to offer high quality wedding photography, at realistic prices. Ownership, of the photographs taken on your wedding day, is not retained by Scot Wed Photos but, passed to yourselves, in the form of a DVD which contains every shot taken.

These photographs may be printed by any print service of your choosing or we will be very pleased to provide you with sensibly priced prints of your photographs.

We have teamed up with one of Scotland's premier Mobile Disco companies who have kindly set a sensible fee of £150 to provide you with a disco and / or karaoke entertainment for your Wedding Reception.
